RULE 6 AGREEMENT OF SUBJECTS (NOUN) WITH VERB

Agreement of Subjects (Noun) With Verb Usage of English Grammar Rules


Rule: 6
When Two Nouns Are joined By “WITH” or “As Well As” The Verb agrees with the First Noun Whether it is Singular or Plural
Example:

The Principal with all the students has gone out for a walk
