Past Simple tense

Past Indefinite Tense / Simple
Structure: Subject+2nd Form of Verb+Object
Use the Present Indefinite tense / simple to show the action 
Action can be a habit, a daily routine of past

Example:
I went to school = I is subject + went is 2nd form of Go Its Verb + School is Object

Here is some example of past indefinite tense.
·         I went to school
·         We played cricket
·         I wrote letter
·         I offered Nimaz
·         I recited holy book


Interrogative of Past Simple/Indefinite tense:
Structure: Did+Subject+1st form of Verb+Object
·         Did I go to school
·         Did We play cricket
·         Did I write letter
·         Did I offer Nimaz
·         Did I recite holy book





·       Negative of Past  Simple/Indefinite :
·        Structure: Subject+Did NOT+Verb+Object
is some example of past indefinite tense( Negative)
·         I did not go to school
·         We did not play cricket
·         I did not write letter
·         I did not offer Nimaz
·         I did not recite holy book

Present Perfect Continuous Tense

Structure Subject+Have/Has+been+Verb+Ing+object+Since/For
 

Present Perfect Tense:  Is say that an action happening now but Start before
It Tell Time

 

 

 

Example:
We Have been writing letter since two hours
They have been watching Television since morning
She has been writing letter for month
He Has Offering
 Nimaz since morning
Asim has not been reading newspaper for one Hour

 

Interrogative of Present Perfect Continuous Tense:
Interrogative of Present Perfect Continuous Tense is also known as questionery tense of Present Perfect continuous Tense.

Structure Have/Has +Subject+Been+verb+ing+object+Since/for

Example:

Have I been writing letter since morning
Have We been Offering
Nimaz for 10 minutes
Has she been writing letter for two hours
Has he been Offering
 Nimaz since morning

 

Negative of Present Perfect Tense:

Structure Subject+Have/Has+not+been+Verb+Ing+object+Since/For

Example:

We have not been writing letter since two hours
They have not been watching Television since morning
She has not been writing letter for month
He Has not Offering
 Nimaz since morning
Asim has not been reading newspaper for one Hour

Basic English Grammar Tenses

Present Perfect Tense

Structure Subject+Have/Has+3rd Form of the verb+object
 

Present Perfect Tense:  Is say that an action happened at an unknown time before now

 

 

Always Use “HAVE “ when subject is “We, You, They Or Plural”

 

 

Example:
I Have written letter
We Have Offered Nimaz
They Have Reached at railway station
You have not read it completely

 

 

Always Use “HAS “ when subject is “HE, SHE, IT Or NOUN”

Example:
She has written letter
He Has Offered Nimaz
Rida Reached at railway station
Asim has not read it completely

Interrogative of Present Perfect Tense is also known as questionery tense of Present Perfect Tense.
